- All hourly rates are subject to current prices and negotiable.
- For monthly assignments, 30% of basic salary per month. Clients are requested to notify us of absent and sick leave days before termination of each assignment.
- We charge a minimum of 4 hours per day including Saturdays. Charges exclude lunch hour. Overtime is billed at time and a half which commences after working 8 hours based on normal working hours, Monday to Friday and after 1: 00 pm on Saturdays.
- Sundays and Public Holidays are billed at double time.
- There will be no charge on the first three hours of the first day of the assignment if the temporary employee has failed to perform assigned duties to a satisfactory standard. The agency is to be notified within those three hours and no payment will be given to the employee.
- All tax returns for the temporary staff are filled by the agency under the terms of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
- Our temporary staff must not be entrusted with the handling of cash of or other valuables, or operation of motor vehicles, without prior official written permission from Potential Personnel Consultancy.
- For in-house typing at our premises or at hotels, homes, etc, arrangement for payment is to be made immediately on completion of assignment
- All our temporary staff are insured under the Workmen¡¯s Compensation Ordinance and the Agency will complete tax return forms of the Inland Revenue Department.
